General Terms and Conditions

§ 1 Scope of Application

  1. These general terms and conditions apply to all legal transactions of webbförvaltning.se, hereinafter referred to as “the Provider,” under this agreement with its contractual partner, hereinafter referred to as “the Customer.”
  2. The Customer will be informed in writing of any changes to these terms. These changes will be considered accepted if the Customer does not object to them in writing within two weeks of becoming aware of the changes.
  3. The Customer’s general terms and conditions shall not form part of the agreement, even if the Provider does not expressly object to them.

§ 2 Conclusion of the Agreement

  1. An agreement with the Provider is concluded through signing in person, submitting the signed offer or agreement via fax or email, or by booking a service package on the website webbförvaltning.se and receiving an order confirmation from the Provider.
  2. Unless otherwise agreed, the time for completing the ordered services will be specified in the order confirmation following the order.

§ 3 Scope of Services

  1. The services to be provided by the Provider are described in the respective offer and any associated specifications or the written order confirmation. Changes, additions, or new service content and desired procedural changes require a separate written agreement.
  2. The Provider reserves the right to expand, modify, or remove the agreed services and to make improvements, particularly if they support technical development, appear necessary, or help prevent misuse.

§ 4 Fulfillment of the Order

  1. Upon request, the Provider shall inform the Customer at any time about the status of the order’s execution.
  2. The Provider, at its sole discretion, decides which employees will be assigned. The Provider has the right to fully or partially delegate the creation of the product and/or provision of services to third parties.

§ 5 Customer Obligations

  1. The Customer undertakes to support the Provider in executing the defined services by providing necessary materials, documents, and information in a timely, complete, and accurate manner.

§ 6 Data Protection

  1. The Customer agrees that personal data may be collected, stored, processed, or deleted, and, if necessary, transferred to third parties as part of the agreement. In addition, a DPA agreement will be concluded in accordance with the GDPR. The Customer’s data will be treated confidentially, and the Provider will always comply with data protection regulations.

§ 7 Compensation and Payment Terms

  1. Order processing, invoicing, and payment collection will be handled by the Provider. Compensation for the Provider’s services is based on the applicable contractual agreement.
  2. Invoices are payable immediately without deduction, unless otherwise agreed.

§ 8 Limitation of Liability

  1. The Provider is liable, within the framework of statutory provisions, for damages caused by gross negligence or intent on the part of the Provider or its agents. Liability for damages caused by slight negligence is excluded unless they involve a breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal duties).
  2. Liability for indirect damages, in particular for loss of profit, is excluded.

§ 9 Termination

  1. The Provider has the right to terminate the agreement at any time and without providing reasons. A written notice via email is sufficient for this purpose.
  2. Termination by the Customer must be made in writing via email or through the contact form.

§ 10 Governing Law

  1. Swedish law applies to this agreement. Disputes arising from this agreement shall be finally settled by Swedish courts.

Severability Clause

If any provision of this agreement is or becomes invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid one that most closely reflects the economic intent of the invalid clause.
